Immigration Reform
The history of America has been a history of immigration. Immigrants from across this great earth populate America and enrich our society with their culture and their family goodness. Republicans celebrate diversity , cherish and welcome peoples from every corner of the globe. We benefit as a country from that hard working Ukranian craftsman, the German mechanic, or that Asian small business owner. We are nurtured and healed by that African American health care worker, and our freedoms are protected by that Latino patriot soldier. We welcome the ingenuity, discipline and work ethic of all legal citizens. We need and respect their contributions to our society. Our strength as a nation comes from our diversity and harmony with all American people of character. Given the massive baby boomer retirement over the next 20 years, all Americans must prepare themselves through education and job training for the worker shortage that will soon be upon our nation. We must encourage a stronger American society by helping and mentoring all Americans of good caliber. We are all in this together, and it will take all of us working together to maintain this bountiful and wonderful human experience for our children!
I find it insulting that the federal government will violate our 4th amendment rights with "The Patriot Act" while our borders are wide open and millions cross unabated.
We are a people of laws, property rights and fairness. From the time we were small children we respected each others place in line. We simply ask that illegals quit coming through our back yard unannounced and "Knock at the front door "!
