Americans can no longer stand idly by while millions of illegal immigrants cross our borders unabated. We must stop this invasion and wholesale attack on our sovereignty now! Stopping illegal immigration will take the following steps: Building a border fence, deploying troops, surveilance, modifying the 14th amendment, and enforcing the current immigration laws on the books.
1. Complete all 854 miles of Duncan Hunter's double row Border FenceThe Border Fence bill was passed as law and funded at $2 billion in 2006 ,and mandated that 854 miles of double row border fence be built across California, Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas. To date, less than half off the fence has been built to required specifications. The rest of the fence was completed with inexpensive and ineffective vehicle barriers . Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napalitano squandered the $2 billion and has failed to meet her end of the bargain.
We must complete the border fence per law. It is clear that the Democrats will not build the border fence, and consider illegal immigrants a future voting block. It is in our national interest to vote out all incumbents that refuse to secure the border, and replace them with representatives that will get the job done!
2. Fire and Replace Janet Napalitano with Duncan Hunter as the Secretary of Homeland Security
3. Enforce current immigration laws
4. Fines for hiring illegal immigrants
5. Mandatory use of E-verify for all job applicants, human services, and for the issuance of birth certificates etc.
6. Add a section 6 to the 14th Amendment
Offspring born on American soil to illegal status immigrants are exempt from birth right citizenship. At least one parent must have status as an American citizen!
